What the Licence Includes
• 33-page Technical Atlas — English, publication-quality, 26 figures, GLIAG institutional palette.
• Kitchen framework — five kitchens (K1–K5) with regional footprints and maturity assignments.
• Four-play risk-scored framework — BB-1 through BB-4 composite CoS, EMV ranking.
• Monte Carlo summary tables — P90/P50/P10 for oil, condensate, gas across each system.
• Executive-ready conclusions — Perla-adjacent commercial thesis, forward-work roadmap.
What Sets It Apart
• Refutes the La Luna consensus. Basement geochronology (Washikemba 98.2 ± 0.6 Ma; Aruba Batholith 88–79 Ma) shows BB substrate was intra-oceanic arc during Cenomanian — La Luna was never deposited there.
• Cenozoic-sourced, Cenozoic-charged, Cenozoic-trapped province. Four defensible systems (BB-1 to BB-4), each with independent source-reservoir-seal-trap-timing set.
• 10,000-iteration Monte Carlo with Interpretation B lognormal spreads across seven cascade parameters. Every stage (generated → expelled → migrated → entrapped → recovered) reported P90/P50/P10 for oil, condensate, gas.
• Seven pseudo-wells bracketing burial and heat-flow uncertainty, calibrated to La Vela / Cumarebo / Perla.
Poison-Pill / Withheld From Base Licence
The base licence delivers conclusions and system-level ranges, not reproduction rights. The following inputs are retained by GLIAG and are not included unless the Enterprise (data-backbone) tier is purchased:
• Kitchen-boundary polygons (K1–K5) in GIS-ready format.
• Pseudo-well 1-D burial input parameters (heat-flow history, lithology stack, decompaction).
• Interpretation B 7-parameter Low/Base/High input matrix per system.
• Field-level 25-column calibration dataset (Falcón oil-field database).
• Any right to re-license, redistribute, or reproduce derivative works.
Without these, the analytical framework cannot be reverse-engineered or extended by the buyer.
Ideal Buyer
• Junior E&P screening frontier / underexplored plays adjacent to recent Caribbean discoveries.
• NOC / ministry evaluating a licensing round in the ABC / Falcón sector.
• Research house or fund building an offshore-Venezuela / Netherlands-Antilles thesis.
• Consulting firm needing a defensible baseline to price a commissioned study against.
